2. Shipping and Return Costs
Damaged or Misdescribed Products: If the product is damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping costs.
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind: If you decide to return the product due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Returns After Shipping or During Delivery
Refusal to Accept the Product: If the customer refuses to accept the product upon delivery or refuses to sign for it, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs.
Cancellation After Shipping: If the product has been shipped and the customer decides to cancel after shipping, shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Customer Refusal After Receiving the Product
Non-Acceptance of the Product: If the customer refuses to accept the product or fails to accept it within the specified delivery period, the customer will bear all return and shipping costs.
Refusal of Product After Receiving: If the customer refuses the product after receiving it for reasons other than it being damaged or not as described, the customer will bear all return and shipping costs.
5. Products Fully Paid by the Customer
In some cases, the customer may be required to bear the full cost of the product, including shipping, and in such cases, the customer is expected to pay the full amount, which includes all fees associated with the product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Incorrectly Ordered Products: Products that were ordered incorrectly cannot be returned.
7. Return Procedure
Contact Support: If you decide to return a product, please contact our support team via email: contact@shoplyi.com or through the "Contact Us" page on our website.
Returning Damaged or Misdescribed Products: A photo of the damaged product must be provided, and the customer should contact us within 24 Hours from the receipt date.
Return Procedure After Verification: After inspecting the product, we will either process a refund as per our policy or replace the product if available.
8. Refund Process
Refunds: In the case of a valid return, the refund will be processed to the customer’s account after inspecting the product.
- If the return is due to a non-damaged or non-misdescribed product, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the product is damaged or misdescribed, a full refund will be issued.
Important Note: In case of a refund, the customer will receive the refunded amount minus $15 for the bank transfer fee and may take up to 10 business days.
Cancellation Window: If the customer decides to cancel the order, they must contact support within 24 hours. Cancellations made after this period will not be processed.
9. Protection for Shoplyi Against Financial Loss
If the product is refused or canceled after shipping, the customer bears all shipping and return costs, including any additional charges that may arise due to these actions.
In cases where the product is refused or canceled after shipping, the customer will not receive a refund for the payment, and additional fees will be imposed on the customer.
